With the continued and growing emphasis on sustainability in construction we are always thinking of ways to incorporate green building techniques into our homes.

Here is a great example of how we used lot trees to make shiplap walls with tongue and groove ceilings on the deck at this home we have under construction right now.

We love to see homeowners incorporate items like this into their home! After taking the trees down we had them dried and primed for their places on the porch.

We are looking forward to using more of the saved wood in the interior of the home!
